Q: Will I receive a software box as shown in the picture?
A: Software Box Image is for illustrative purposes only. You will receive a DVD in DVD case. This is an ISO9660 disc which can be used on multiple operating systems, including Windows / Linux / Mac OS system.
Q: How do I install my software?
A: We have designed an Autorun menu to assist you to install your new software. Simply insert the disc into your computer and the menu will start instantly. Follow the simple instructions and you will find help files and more information about the software. And you'll also find your bonus gifts in this DVD.

A: There is no tracking available for Air Mail. The estimated shipping duration for Air Mail is about 8-14 BUSINESS days.
